Mark Rambin

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mark Rambin has been a licensed CPA for over 35 years and has focused his practice on financial investigation and forensic accounting since early in his career. He provides his clients with objective analysis that helps them make better business decisions concerning disputes, litigation, allegations of illegal acts, fraud, irregularities, or other significant business problems.

Mr. Rambin has substantial experience in leading financial investigations that have resulted in accounting restatements, director and officer claims, criminal charges and convictions, financial restitution or other settlements, and professional liability claims, particularly against outside auditors. He also regularly provides expert testimony concerning his opinions and analysis of financial questions and damages issues related to complex commercial disputes and litigation.
