Echelon Analytics Welcomes Max Brozynski, Ph.D. as Senior Consultant
DALLAS — Echelon Analytics is proud to announce that Max Brozynski, Ph.D. has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a senior consultant. Dr. Brozynski is expected to play an important role in the firm’s intellectual property and commercial litigation practices.
Dr. Brozynski earned his Ph.D. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds a MS in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Mathematics with Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an expert on technological change, and his research on mathematical models of technology adoption and diffusion has been published in peerreviewed economic journals such as European Journal of Operational Research, Applied Energy, and Sustainable Cities and Society.
Dr. Brozynski has a background in data analysis, econometrics, and industrial organization. He is adept in multiple programming languages, including Python, R, and Matlab, as well as model building applications, such as GAMS, AMPL, Pyomo, and Excel. He is also proficient with SQL and PostgreSQL databases. Dr. Brozynski’s background and skill set enhance Echelon’s existing analytical capabilities and allow the firm to broaden the analytical tools deployed on high-stakes, complex litigation matters on which the firm is routinely retained.
